1. Who we are

Data controller: Charles Smith, trading as StrideCo.
Contact: contact@strideco.agency

2. What we collect

When you use the "Book a call" form, we collect the name, work email address, and event/company details you provide. We don't ask for or knowingly collect any other personal data through this site.

3. How we use it

4. Cookies and analytics

With your consent (via the cookie banner on this site), we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and how people navigate the site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. No data collected this way is sold to third parties. You can decline non-essential cookies and still browse the site normally.

5. Who we share data with

We share data with the service providers who help us run this site and respond to enquiries, currently: MailerLite (form submissions and email communications), Google (Analytics 4), and Microsoft (Clarity). We don't sell your data to anyone.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we start working together, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@strideco.agency.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
